Submit Ticket Does Not Work Does De Have An Email Address?

I cannot rank up since the Mastery Rank up stopped working some weeks ago. I have tried submitting a ticket to DE but unfortunately this function does not work either. How can I contact DE?

The only way to contact DE for issues such as this would be through Support. 

It appears that the PS Browser is incompatible with the Support site (and most other sites). If you have another browser you can use, whether it be through your phone/ tablet/ computer, I'd try that first. 

If there is an issue where you cannot create tickets using the more common browsers, please make a thread in the Website Feedback section of the forums detailing the issue. 

Otherwise, should you have no way to contact Support through other browsers, you can try PM'ing the forum administrators here- those being [DE]Danielle, [DE]Drew, [DE]Megan, and DERebecca.
