Platinum Discount Only In Na Region?

Hi all. I'm unsure if this is the right sub-forum to post this, so I apologize if it isn't.

So, ever since the homepage was updated with the news of a 30% platinum discount for the holidays on PS4, I've been trying to go to the PSN store everyday to make a purchase, but it still doesn't show prices with the discount in my region. Is this sale only for the North American region of PlayStation Store or something? Usually, the NA store gets all new updates first - which is understandable - and then the European store gets updated a few days later, but apparently not this time around? Is this intentional, or a honest mistake?

It would really suck if only the US gets the discount, and the rest of the world gets nothing. Please, if this is unintentional, then fix it ASAP.

As is in the announcement post:

 

"This sale is only on until January 5, (January 6 for SCEAsia) in North America and Asia, so don't miss out."

Any other Region doesn't appear to have a sale this time around.

Oh, I see. Thought it was something like that, but didn't notice the ad said it was only in North America?
