30% Plat Sale Not Existing In Uk

I have an issue,with the 30% off Plat sale in UK.The discount it's not shown.It's been a week now since it was advertised for PS4 and nothing has been changed price wise in the market.Submitted a ticket and obviously no answer.Is the promotion limited to US and Canada only?Thanks in advane for your assistance guys.
