where 2 test your weapons i have seen magmu videos where i think? he is in dojo testing weapons is there a room you can build to test your weapons ?

Go to a Relay. The Simulacrum can be purchased from Simaris for 50k standing. You can then enter the Simulacrum (to the left of the door to the Sactuary) and use it to spawn enemies you've fully scanned in your codex.

In the Simulacrum, unlocked and accessed through Cephalon Simaris, on the upper floor of the Relays.
