Well most of DE isn't in the office because of there vacation break.

1. its a vacation period

2. warframe support is a busy place and takes time to answer.

 

make sure only one ticket is out and leave the ticket alone until you get an answer.

Yeah they're just busy. I received an automated email from Support the day before yesterday apologizing for the delay in response.

It's vacation time, and they're getting a ton of support tickets on top of that

Like other Players in this thread explained correctly it is a vacation period so Support is not working as fast as normally. Also they have a lot of backlog because more people are playing over the holidays aka more reports.  

 

With this in mind please stay clam and wait for their response, they most likely won't get back to you til the new year. If they have not gotten back to you til the 11.01.2016, please recreate you ticket.
