Suddenly Lag?

Ive been playing warframe on the same laptop for almost a year. The laptop isnt top of the line but, it gets the job done. Ive been able to run with 0 problems but for no reason now im experiencing lag and on rare occasions crashes. Is there anything i can do to keep enjoying warframe the way i used to?

have you repasted your cpu? changed out our water cooling liquid? gpu/cpu might be dying?

Anyway, OP, like the first guy said, backup your OS onto an external hard drive if you have one, and then format your hard drive (or SSD) and reinstall your operating system. After a while, the storage can begin to run slower resulting in overall slowdowns.

There have been performance problems with Warframe since Update 18 released.

If you have windows 8 or higher, it has built in reinstall feature. You can even keep your data with it, but I'd suggest backing it up anyway just to be save.
