0 taiiat Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 it means exactly what it says. the Steam Browser will be where you make your purchase, as these items are fulfilled exclusively through Steam for the time being. open your Steam Overlay - though it should open automatically (if it doesn't, it'll open the window in the background), and your Purchase will be finished there.
