Launcher Not Downloading Due To Corrupt Data

so the other day i changed from the steam version of warframe to the one i can download from the website and i already downloaded the first 7GB only to have the second part which is the 750MB download to fail every time it reaches half way due to it saying corrupt data can someone help me cause  this is a first for me

I had the same problem when downloading U18 update. So, I tried using VPN as suggested by fellow forum users, and it worked.

oh one more detail once the download reaches around 580 Mb it resets itself to 750 even though it is still at 39%

cant really use a vpn it will just basically turn my connection into a snail cause my internet to start off with isnt so fast ( from indonesia m8)
