What Nerf is this? Aside from when they buffed the Latron and thus made the prime no longer on par with it, can't remember any lato nerfs.

 

They stealth nerfed it back end of 2013. No patch notes, just halved the damage one update. Clearly the Lato was seen to be overpowered.
