Rail Schema

In dojo my clan has made a solar rail. I want to create a new schema for the rail but when i use the panel the only options it gives me is 'edit schema', 'apply schema' and 'cancel'. The wiki says I should select 'create new schema' but it doesn't come up with that option. I have all the clan permissions so i guess I'm doing something wrong. Can someone help me out please?

I have done one so you should probably post one to i had a problem that my menu would lock when i tried to add new schema.

Solar rail system is buggy due to the recent updates so you should probably wait and currently they are a bit useless till the clan Armistice is lifted.

Ah ok, thanks orbix. Should I file a bug report then?
