Help Please

Every time I try to log on, I get an error saying the info is incorrect and to try again.  I figured maybe I had forgot my password so I reset it.  I still get this same error.  I changed my password probably 5 times thinking it has to be that.  Anybody else have this problem and know how to fix it? Warframe's support is a joke and won't get back to me.

Warframe Support is overloaded. The usual wait time for a ticket is around 5 or so business days to 2 weeks. Please be patient within that time frame.

 

As for your issue itself, I do not know what could be causing it. As I recall, this sometimes occurs when the servers aren't stable, the error message is false in describing the issue. but the servers currently appear to be stable.

Do you happen to use a VPN by chance? I get this error on some VPN exit nodes with my provider, while others work perfect.
