Pressure point, Beserker, life strike (I prefer unranked for this mod but do whatever), Either Primed reach or primed heavy trauma, 2 elementals to make the appropriate combo depending on the faction, true steel, and organ shatter. all maxed with the exception of life strike if you prefer unranked like me.

As all of my melee weapons with few exceptions;

4 elemental to create radiation /viral damage

pressure point, spoiled strike, life strike lvl1 and furry.

OT: Like every other shizzl melee crit weapon. Damaga damage, 1 dual combo element, crit chance and damage, speed procs and eaw speed.
