0 Katinka Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 Stalker, Grustrag 3 and Zanuka will come after you if you are marked (which you can check on your in game profile). Manics and Juggernauts can spawn in certain missions according to events in the mission. Syndicates can send kill-teams after you if they don't like you.
