Nirrti
Rhino's second ability, Iron Skin, which should block damage while active, loses this ability if you use rhino charge while Iron Skin is active. You'll still look visually like the ability is active, but you take damage as if it wasn't active. Not sure if this happens with every other Rhino ability, haven't tested with them yet, but definitely seems to happen with Charge. Edit: Tested, only happens with Rhino Charge. Grimicus
This is still happening. I was able to repro this yesterday by casting iron skin and spamming rhino charge until it fired into a toxic ancient which subsequently poisoned me. If I just cast iron skin and walk up to them, they do not poison me.
