My question is: If I had a mod on my melee sword like Smite Grineer, would that affect the damage of Excalibur's Radial Javelin ability against Grineers? There's no information in the wiki of it inheriting any mods from your melee weapon. It appears only Exalted Blade and Slash Dash do this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It appears only Exalted Blade and Slash Dash do this That's correct. Only EB and SD inherit melee mods. And even then, only select melee mods.
