im trying to make a good nova prime build (slowva) with a max power strength of 145 (that is the max slow on mp) so what do you guys suggest?

Fleeting Expertise R4 + Streamline R4 (or R3 + R5)

Vitality or Constitution, up to you

8.  Flavor mod.  Flow, stretch, Neutron Star for a little close in CC, another Exilus mod like Handspring or Enemy sense.  Personally I use stretch because I like the range on my wormholes.

 

Takes 3 forma if everything except fleeting/streamline is maxed, more if you want it to be a speed nova as well.

 

With the lack of flow in my build, I'd recommend Zenurik - if you're casting prime less often than once every 6.25 seconds, you'll be self sustaining without Energy Siphon

 

If you're taking this into long duration survivals, you're going to want to tweak the duration to be a lot closer to 100% - otherwise you won't be able to kill fast enough because stuff 4 rooms away is snail crawling.

For strength, use Intensify + Power Drift combo to achieve maximum slow effect without any downsides.

 

Also maxed duration will increase the M Prime's range.

 

Range is not so important for M Prime.

 

Other mods like P flow / Efficiency & Health mods / Natural Talent are of your choice.
