Blood Smears On Environmental Objects

I got these on my Laptop with all graphical settings to minimum and Gore off.
I never get them on my PC with all on maximum and either Gore setting.

- What setting allows these to show up? Does there exist a bug report?

some of us actually don't know, but some others who have customized their settings might know :3

 

as in I've set everything on low to medium level because when I push everything to the high level of graphics, the game will die in instant as in different attributes on laptop or pc or PS4 or Xbox can give different results on graphics.

Well, they did look quite nice, and I would like to see them show up in regular play - where I never did.

That they showed when the "Gore" setting was off might also be bothersome to anyone caring about that setting - I am not such a person, only had it disabled to (mayhap, hopefully) cut down a bit more on processing load for that weak Laptop of mine.

... Just find it very vexing that on the machine configured for minimal effects, I have effects show up which do not on the machine configured for maximal effects. That written, I do not think I saw them show up the last few times I used the Laptop; mayhap something changed, mayhap they are gone for good?
- Does anyone still get them and with what settings?
