We finished the mission, then the system banned his account without reason. He sent 1 support ticket 4 days ago, still no reply... so the support is busy? Thanks for the answers. Tickets kept coming in but personnel were home relaxing with family/friends. And yes, about 2 weeks; 1 if lucky.
