I know this is been asked 1 million times, however everything that I find is outdated and was looking for something relevant post update 18.

So what is the

Best desecration only build?

Best shadow only build?

Best all around build?

I have both augments and I am struggling with desecration build now. Is using quick thinking,rage and equilibrium a good way to go if at all?

Despoil

Shield of Shadows

Primed continuity

Transient Fortitude

Natural Talent

Power Drift

I also always recommend using carrier with Nekros.

Forgot to mention, use weapons with high slash damage because each body part has a chance to be desecrated separately.

for desecrat you're going to watn max Range and max Energy efficiency

so run 

NEEDED:

Max streamline - +30% energy efficiency 

Rank 4 fleeting expertise (r5 isnt need because it take from duration and there is a soft cap on energy efficiency at 75%) +45% Energy Efficiency -45% duration

Max Stretch - +45% range

Max Overextended - +90% Range - 60% strength( a desecrate build doesnt run off strength so this reduction doesnt even matter here)

a would then suggest these mods 

equilibrium - gain energy from health orbs

Vitality - he makes health 

natural Talent - faster casts of desecrate.

and honestly besides that run whatever you feel suits you best :)
