Farming Frost Parts

I'm trying to farm frost parts, but Lech Kril absolutely MELTS me. No pun intended. His gun just tears through my warframe to zero health before I can even get close enough to bait him into a melee attack. What are your guys' strategies for farming for frost parts? I can't find a way right now...

circle strafing is usually helpful. enemies also have difficulty aiming straight up, so jumping over them may also be useful. and there's always the "hide behind things" strategy

 

note that lech has two different kinds of hammer slams: a close range swing that doesn't trigger the ice wave as a reaction to you standing within his swing distance (roughly within 3 feet), and a medium range one that happens when you stand between 5 and 10 feet away from him. you want the medium range swing. any farther than 10 feet and he just reaches for the gun or uses the hammer toss.

He is one that is better to farm in a team setting. Nova is a big help here as she slows everything that he does. Loki is another safe bet if going solo; can't hit what ya can't see,

problem with cloaking is that he won't attack, which is necessary to advance the fight. same with slowdown. short term stuns are ideal, although not necessary, as he get stuck when using the ice hammer normally.

 

you can try to use decoys if you're confident that he won't just cut them down immediately with gunfire before he switches to his hammer.
