Message these people, they will go over the rules with you, explain what is expected of you and what the alliance is about. Its not about ego, its about community. Giving your clan mates a friendly and helpful place to chat. There's no my way or the highway attitude, they just expect you to follow the rules, which include not bashing alliance mates in alliance raid schools. There is no false claims like other alliances, they tell you upfront what the alliance is about, they try to help you and your clan grow. Leadership that discusses problems and how to handle them. It's fairly ran with the group of leaders having final say not just the 1 person. Is the alliance for everyone? No, people have joined and left within days, other have joined and stayed for years. Is it worth your time looking into? Without a doubt, yes! Non-toxic, fair, and friendly people. Pretty sure one is even a guide of the lotus. The alliance is all about helping people. They avoid the drama and the low moves like recruiting out of other clans and alliances. If you want a toxic-free, helpful, active spot for your clan, well message these people. There are rules, and the rules are enforced, no one is above them. That's what help keep the alliance fair to everyone.
