Green Synthesis Scans

Ok so when I'm playing my Loki, stealth scanning everything that moves, I sometimes notice some of the scannable targets are green instead of the normal orange, or they won't have a color at all (very rare). The Synthesis target never changes from its blue so its not a bug

I don't have the Simulacrum unlocked yet but i assume green means they're fully scanned in

Green means that you have filled out their scan.

EX: Lancer requires 30 so a green would mean you've filed it out

In the codex. To fully fill the info on one enemy. You have to scan them 30 times. It varies. Bosses only require 3 scans.
