What you have obtained are loadout slots, Loadout slots gives you the ability to save your current Warframe and Weapon configuration and arrangement in order to provide a convenient way of accessing said arrangements. Available Loadouts that you have created can be selected by choosing the name of the Loadout displayed at the very top of the Arsenal screen by the Warframe's head.

Load out slots.

You must be fun when playing Sharades haha =D

^^ Anyway, loadout slots are in your Arsenal, it stores any combination of frame, primary, secondary, melee, and companion. They differ from Configurations as those limit to frame, or weapon, or companion. Loadouts are simply the entire set in a mission.

Do this in game:

Open menu > Inventory > Warframes/Weapons

Now you know

Edit: did not read it properly. Slots your talking about is loadslota. Go to Arsenal, there is a button that says "Loadout" (or something like that). Select it. Then you get option to make another, depending on your MR.

The Loadout button gives you the ability to save your current Warframe and Weapon configuration and arrangement in order to provide a convenient way of accessing said arrangements. The Arsenal can save a single Loadout by default, however Loadout slots can be acquired once you attain Mastery Rank 11, with each Rank afterwards giving an additional Loadout slot. Available Loadouts that you have created can be selected by choosing the name of the Loadout displayed at the very top of the Arsenal screen by the Warframe's head.

I'm only MR9 but I've seen a few of those load out thingys already
