Macthmaking Ping Setting

Hi everyone,

I'm playing on EU west server and I noticed recent introduction of ping limiter for matchmaking. (I didn't play warframe in a long time) So I'm wondering what is the optimal setting I should choose. By default it is set 300ms, which I think is too much. I limited it to 150ms. 

What do you guys think? Should I go even lower or maybe higher?

I go at 300, which isn't too bad. Since it is much easier to find a game sometimes. Not to mention that if people are playing on the correct server, the ping wouldn't be too bad.
