I'm farming recipes in Fossa for crafting a Rhino, and sometimes some friends join to help me. now i got 3 helmets, 3 chassis, and no system, and my friend just got it. it would be very nice to cooparate with the crafting with friends, helping them to get the materials they need, in echange for the ones that I need. And giving shotguns mods in exchange for rifle ones (for example). Also, maybe leveling guns and selling them could work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ForeverUnclean Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 I would be in favor of a trade system. But some items have to be restricted for the sake of gameplay issues. If you can just trade warframe prints, then acquiring a warframe would just be way too easy. Trading guns would also not be good. However, I would like to see some kind of black market trade system of people exchanging ungodly amounts of credits or resources in turn for orokin reactors/catalysts. Allowing weapon mods and special artifacts would also be cool. However i think there should be a min tradeoff for trading. Forexample, to keep people from just giving away stuff to their friends, add like a min amount of credits that item requires based on rarity/item. Blue mod: 75,000 credit's Green mod: 35,000 credit's White mod: 5,000 credit's Orokin reactor/catalyst: 850,000 credit's Energy/life artifact: 550,000 credit's enemy radar/steelcharge: 350,000 credit's ammo scaverngers: 175,000 credit's others: 100,000 credit's Resources: Scales on how common the resources are. Credit's aren't really that hard to get, and having this system I feel it would bring a huge amount of importance to credits. At the moment, credit's can be easily acquired, I've gotten around over 1m credits during the first week i started playing and I really have no use for it. Volt_Cruelerz Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 While I more or less agree with your prices for artifacts, IMO, Orokin reactors/catalysts would be somewhere around 1.2 mil and blue combo mods could likely soar even higher than that. I don't know if there's necessity to set a floor on a trade system like this. Demand for things like absurdly rare mods and Orokin boosters will keep the price sufficiently out of reach for most players. A trade system whould just lower the reasons for people to spend money within the game. And you get really much for free right now. Also i love to farm and grind not to much ofcourse but it doesn´t feel to much. right now i got 2 Helmet and 5 Rhino cassis, so the System is missing for me aswell but i just keep kicking the Jackal bud for a few more days. If i ca get all i need for the rhino for 1 Million credits i allrdy had bought it and the fun whould leave. - Dont getting everything fast and Easy ist a big piont for long time Motivaton! I played this game allmost 3 week in a row without paying any cent and it was fun. I used the Founders Programm cause its a cool opertunity to give the devs something back for the great Work they´ve done. And still! i just bought the Extra Colour pack the rest of my 3k platinum are still unjused. Yes i got an unlocked Weapon and Frame but thats something you get for 40pltn thats not even 4 bucks. - I dont want everyone to spend mone but its a fact that if the paying player to low this great game wont have a future. Galestorm Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 I think a base price is a good system, it keeps a demand above a certain lvl because you can't just find that 1 person who will sell something stupidly cheap just because they still play when maxed out and want to be "Generous". there will always be someone who will (usually unintentionally) screw the market. Because that always happens when a market is introduced to a game. in case of Blueprints and Weapons you can still spend real money ( i mean eather you got time or money), except the Mods and Artevacts arnßt byable and thats goosd this way. This is no different to a Balckmarket and no much to trade system or maybe you just can trade something but with a high cost of credits. If you´r on lvl cap it´s fast and easy to get Credits. So this wont be a problem on the otherehand high llvl chars or players that spending hours of hours in to this wont need stuff. I just think thoose blueprints and mods should stay rar and that wont be if high lvlv farm them and throw it on the market. Also they shouldn´t implement more reasons in this game to not sepnd some real cash cause you get quit much for free Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
