Lag While Having A Video Playing On Second Monitor

This only happens in Warframe, it seems to be caused by html5 as it doesn't lag me when I'm using flash. Browser doesn't matter, it happens both in Firefox and Chrome.

 

As soon as I pause the video, switch to a different tab, or minimize the browser the lag dissapears.

Any help would be appreciated.

don't watch video's while playing the game. you're game play will vastly improve.

Well there's not much gameplay when you're doing survival as a desecrate slave.

Might just be your internet connection, Please tell us your internet connection speed. And computer specs wouldn't hurt either.

4GB DDR3 RAM

i5-4690k @4.5GHz

AMD R9 290

Windows 10

might be RAM, could you pls check you task-manager while viewing flash content vs html5?

I'm sorry I mistyped, I actually have 8GB. Regardless, I checked the ram usage and the difference is very negligible. (No usage percentage difference)
