Finding Ship Parts In Containers

Quick theory I need either confirmed or debunked.

Shortly after The Jordas Precept update, I found my first Mantis part in a Grineer container (Fuselage).

However, since then, I've found not a single Mantis part, in any of the many Corpus/Void/Derelict Containers I've found.

So, to the main theory.

Is it entirely possible that other ship parts WILL NOT drop if a player has NOT already crafted their current part?

I haven't crafted my Fuselage since I got it.

On PC we recently got a bug fixed that was preventing ship parts from dropping from those containers.

 

It's possible that the bug exists and has not been fixed on consoles yet.

This could explain a lot. I did wonder why I found one so quickly, only to be denied another for a long time.

First thought on beginning to read your post, was that it couldn't be a bug as I got a Scimitar part from Zanuka recently. Then I read "From those containers" and am inclined to definitely agree.
