Question Regarding Arcane Reverb Banshee Helmet

Question

Wiki says it gives a 10% boost to energy max from base numbers. I am showing a 15 energy increase at rank 30. Is this a bug? Rank 30 banshee has 225 energy. Rank 0 has 150 energy. It seems it is not taking into account the energy increase as you go up in rank.

 

Also if the 10% increase occurs at base numbers shouldn't it be affected by mods? currently I am only seeing a 15 points increase even after prime flow is added.

All items that affect health, shields, and energy scale off of the base (unranked) stats. Just as Flow increases energy based on the unranked stats (150 energy in this case), so to does the Arcane Reverb helmet.

 

Things are working as intended.

if that is the case then it seems using the helmet hurts more than helps since at full rank the same amount of health comes off as the amount added to energy max. 15 each. and it gets worse once you add vitality or another health increase mod since the -5% seems to be taken off at the end.
