Steam Warframe Cosmetic And Non Steam Launcher Question

so ehhh... i got some question

if i buy some tennogen skins from the steam workshop. can i use it (the skin from the tennogen) when i'm login through the non steam launcher?

i know u guys probably says "why don't you just using the steam version instead the non steam one?"

it's because idk why but my steam version of warframe alwasy having trouble with updating when the news update/hotfixes came out so yeah im basically always use my non steam version here so yeah im just looking for some answer here so i hope someone can answer my questions and im really gratefull for that
