FallingHeaven
Wikia's explanation is confusing. Like what exactly are " Non-crafted warframe parts"? Are there even such things?
0 Tesseract7777
Too put it as simply as possible, everything except for fully crafted prime warframes and weapons should be sell-able for ducats. If you have a piece for anything prime, whether it is built or not, as long as it is just a single piece still, it can be sold. Once it becomes part of a whole warframe or weapon by building said weapon or frame, you can't sell it for ducats anymore.
0 noveltyhero
When you play missions in the void you receive blueprints or blueprint parts to craft certain prime items. These items may be very common and if you so wish you can sell them to Baro's thingy at the relays to get ducats.
0 --Pitou--
Every prime part/blueprint of a warframe/weapon. Wikia probably meant that you can't sell fully crafted warframes.
0 Rydian
Doesn't help that the game's inconsistent with what can or cannot be traded and sold. Built parts can be traded, but not if you assemble them into a warframe first.
0 direcyphre
Non-crafted is referencing that you can't build them in your foundry and expect to be able to sell them for ducats at the kiosk in relays. It has to strictly be a prime blueprint or prime part, straight from void rewards. This of course applies to most things in game, as you may need a crafted helmet of a particular warframe as a syndicate offering, but you can only trade blueprints and blueprint parts among other players. So what about crafted warframe parts, not warframes? They can be sold?
0 Rydian
Crafted prime warframe parts can be sold for ducats, but not traded to other players. (See what I mean about inconsistency?)
0 --Pitou--
So what about crafted warframe parts, not warframes? They can be sold? Yes. Only prime parts though. Ducats-wise it's rarely worth it, however. Edited January 11, 2016 by aband0n

You can sell any of those except
0 Xekrin
Fully crafted Primed items cannot be sold. Things displayed within a blueprint (in the foundry) can be sold. ie. Braton Prime (the weapon you equip) cannot be sold, but the braton prime barrel can be sold. The Braton Prime blueprint can be sold. Nyx Prime (the warframe you equip) cannot be sold. But Nyx Prime blueprint can be sold. Nyx prime systems (built or not built) can be sold. there is a list on the wiki ducats page for items that sell for more after being crafted (example Nyx Prime Systems give 50 ducats after being crafted and 10 ducats before being crafted.
