A Loot Question

So I was wondering, for stuff like defense, survival or excavation people keep going for more. But sometimes I have stuff to do or busy and want to leave if nobody comes to extraction with me then the timer doesn't start. So I wanna ask if I click abort mission do I get to keep all my loot/rewards if I leave?

Finish the mission or Extract when the menu pops up.

For defenses, if the menu pops up to extract or stay, you can select extract, and you'll keep all your rewards, even if everyone else decides to stay. For survivals and excavations, you will lose all the rewards except the mission credits if you abort mission.

Best bet bud is play modes that you can leave on your own at anytime like defense and interception

If you need to get up to go do something and it's something like excavation or survival, just wait at extraction. If you can come back to the game soon, don't be afraid to take a dive at extraction (die there). Worst case scenario is that you come back after tending to a pet or what have you and your squad is down or dead, simply revive at extraction to leave immediately. I'm not advocating for purposely waiting for your team to get butchered but things irl can come up from time to time.
