All it really is, is another market place. Guiding you to players that want you buy what you have, or sell you what they have. (hack.. idk the term so xD) and There are sites that makes you create an account and blasts you with spam mail. It's obviously safe. 2) Don't sign up for stuff like that with your real e-mail. Make a game e-mail account you don't care about and if it's temporary, use a temporary e-mail like https://www.guerrillamail.com/. Better create 2nd permanent e-mail for "suspicious" sites.
