Lost all weapons except the initial ones

Around one hour before the moment I'm writting this, I logged out and everything seemed fine. Now I have relogged and I have lost the weapons I bought or crafted. I lost my Burston rank, my Sicarius pistol and a Chronus sword. Also after relogging the tutorial with the woman appeared again. This incident basically has killed my mood to play today :(

I didn't lose any ranks (I'm rank 2), credits, color schemes, mods or foundry items. The initial items have the rank they had the last time I used them.

Help?

I also just played a few hours ago. But at my new login i also got the tutorial again and lost my Bo

All settings seem to have reset (weapon selection, tutorial completion, color scheme, ...), but I haven't actually lost anything. I just had to re-equip my better weapons in the arsenal.

I lost my Lex not sure how that happend. Used it in one mission then after that had to log out after a invetory UI bug. Log back in and the Lato is equipped and the Lex is missing.

Having a similar problem. Map tutorial started again, my avatar pic was gone and my weapons were reset to the starter-weapons, though I didn't lose rank. I can still see my other weapons in my inventory (with the right ranks), but they don't show as bought, when I want to change my equipment.

For me, all my settings were reset (colour schemes, graphics/sound, loadouts), the tutorial voiceover was also played. However I didn't lose any items. I could requip everything fine.

Just a profile reset, sorry about that - we had illegal characters from some display names so we had to change it. We are moving more loadout into the DB soon to prevent this in the future.
