(PSN)SuperShadic445
No. No she isn´t. She is one of the elemental frames Frost - IceSaryn - ToxinMag - MagneticEmber/Nezha - FireVolt - Electricity Nothing in her design says ¨Phoenix¨ (except the phoenix helmet). However, I do think her passive should be a damage reduction all incoming fire damage. Edited January 25, 2016 by (PS4)SuperShadic445
Leavith
1st passive are not intended to make the warframe but support it 2nd she is meant to look like a phoenix because that is an design to based a warframe on that would catch attention but she is not design to be a lore/weapon/ or idea type frame she is an elemental warframe such as frost/volt/saryn china Lore warframe Wukong/Nezha Lore Chroma Idea warframe Loki/Vauban/Mirage/Limbo/Trinity weapon warframe Excalibur/Ivaraelemental warframe or in other words power type warframe are warframe that control or manifest an element into existence which is what ember. Phoenix are just chickens on fire that don't die. 3rd if I were to suggest a passive here are some 1.she can heal while in contact with fire 2.fire proc on her heals her instead of damages her 3.a natural unranked quick thinking mod on her after all fire will die out when it has burned all is fuel and energy can be consider fuel not just health. (XBOX)Astray TurnRed
This idea was already killed. NEXT! Ember is cool already, we don't need another OP frame. Edited January 25, 2016 by (XB1)Astray TurnRed

Kinetos
+10% Fire damage on all weapons? Doesn't combine with compound elements. Edited January 25, 2016 by KinetosImpetus
Endorphinz
Nah man, it could work, but I think a good passive might be reviving other tenno faster
(PSN)obsidiancurse
They'll probably go the the frost route, enemies that melee her catch fire. Volt = electrified Atlas= petrified Hydroid = liquified Zephyr = terminal flatulence.
(XBOX)EternalDrk Mako
what about ignite as passive? as ember has her HP damaged she releases a small aoe of heat depending on the amount of hp lost with a 0.## multiplier to cut it down to a tolerable level? Fulgie
+10% Fire damage on all weapons? Weltraumfred
Well if you wanna got with the Phoenix theme (which you don't hve to, but I am trying to be constructive here) you could let her release a fire shock wave similar to Flame blast upon revive. (XBOX)EternalDrk Mako
does it combine with accelerant? it could thats why i stuck in the "0.#" multiplier to reduce its initial damage to scale with enemies and her hp pool possibly, but as heat is buffed by accelerant it could be as well. Kinetos
sound too opNumber negotiable, but Excal has the same number on his melee speed passive, same avg dps buff. Edited January 25, 2016 by KinetosImpetus
Gurpgork
I think that a more thematic and fitting passive for Ember would be letting her stack multiple fire procs on the same enemy. Considering that most of her ability damage comes from damage over time, it would be a huge asset.
