Sydon Vs. Orthos Prime

Quick question for anyone who's used the Sydon-- how's the attack range?

 

I'm not expecting it to best the Orthos (Prime) at all, but does the range come close to Orthos (Prime)'s range, at least? Or is it like the Tonbo, where the range is noticeably (and almost painfully) shorter?

Tried both with primed reach and I feel that Sydon has noticeable short range.

I keep using Orthos prime.

They seem to be able the same for me. (3 meters) I may be wrong. I haven't tested it much.

You wouldn't happen to have a Primed Reach on your hands, would you? I think it might be easier to notice differences in range that way if you use the waypoint marker to measure distance.

My god the one time I miss a Primed mod it was Primed Reach and I'm hating life everyday I dont have it... (insert sad face here)
