Datamass & Artifact Bugged

1st Im had Extract 2 Datamass from Terminal then i got Extended Mission which must take an Artifact.

All going smooth till when i reach extraction point. Its started when i got idea, drop Datamass and get back to clear all #$#%# Greeniessss for extra affinity, not all of them because i just have limited ammo. But when i get back to place i drop Datamass near extraction point. Its gone, and i realize artifact effect in my loki warframe gone too.

So it's normal to happen?
