bigger variety on special abilities

I am playing the shock warframe (forgot the name). I like the shock ability but not to much the shield, don't use it very often, i wish I had a different choice and I am sure others for this frame and others feel the same way.

How about offtering more options?

Couple thoughts

- Shock Bolas, wraps around enemies and holds them in place doing damage

- Shock web, webs a corridore holding anyone that steps through and doing damage

- Shock Shield (this is what I thought the current one would be), surrounds the warframe doing damage to anyone in melee contact
