Excalibur's Radial Javelin Synergy

I want to change Radial Javelin into a Shield skill but hey, people gonna light my butt up for suggesting that. 

What kind of shield skill?

Sort of some Damage > Shield health nonsense

Activate it and the Javelins shoot out, damaging and stunning enemies, then they will return to Excalibur after 1 second to give him an Over shield that stacks over his Shield and Health.

Think Iron Skin, but Health of the Shield is based on the damage dealt by the Javelins.  

 

 

 

Pros :

 

It does damage for each enemy around, so taking current Radial Jav stats, 1000 damage x any number of enemies in Excalibur's cast range. 

 

So for example I enter a room with around 10 Grineers walking around.

I cast Radial Javelin, and it hurts each Grineer for 1000 damage and stuns them briefly.

Then 1 second after, my Javelins return to me and empowers me with a 10 x 1000 Health Overshield.

 

 

OP right? Up to DE to fix the numbers, but it is my general idea.
