Divine Will: Bursas Won't Attack Or Move Once Spawned (Hacking Doesn't Change It)

After a bit of playtime and few bursas attacking, all the other ones would just face player and do nothing. Hacking won't change it. They won't jump down when lasers are down too.

 

Could be limbo's abilities used on razorback? I don't remember anything out of ordinary.
