Sands of Inaros Changes and Fixes

  •  Slightly adjusted Baro Ki’Teer’s audio VO during the Quest.

  • Lowered damage of the Rumbler rock throw.
  • Lowered damage of the Inaros Golem’s laser eyes.
  • Improved the targeting of the Inaros Golem.
  • Adjusted the volume of the Onyx Golem’s audio FX.
  • Improved the quality of Kavat spawning VO.
  • Slightly adjusted the quality of all VO within the Sands of Inaros Quest.
  • Slightly adjusted the final boss’s movement AI.
  • Made overall improvements to enemy attacks and AI.
  • Made various audio adjustments to the Sands of Inaros’ Quest levels.
  • Fixed an issue causing unique golem enemies in the Sands of Inaros Quest to get stuck.
  • Fixed an issue that would enable players to kill the final boss of the Quest when playing as Inaros in a pre-death state.

Changes

  • Increased Warframe’s minimum driver requirements to support APEX.
  • Players can now advertise XP locked items when setting up shop in Maroo’s Bazaar.
  • Slightly adjusted the Mutalist Cernos’ draw rate audio FX.
  • Adjusted Inaros’ sarcophagus audio FX.
  • Improved the quality of Inaros’ sarcophagus’ animations.
  • Adjusted the audio FX radius in Grineer Sabotage Missions.
  • Adjusted the fog visual FX on Grineer Ocean tilesets.
  • Reduced the lensflare visual FX on Ember’s World on Fire.
  • Adjusted the audio FX of the Xiphos Landing Craft.
  • Adjusted the audio FX of Landing Craft flybys, and warp-in booms.
  • Adjusted the audio FX of the Hyekka Master, Kavat and Dual Toxocyst.
  • Added a small delay to the Lotus’ VO at the start of Sabotage.
  • Adjusted the spread of fire in Reactor Sabotage Missions.

     

Fixes

  • Fixed laser traps occasionally disappearing or pointing the wrong way in Spy Missions on the Orokin Moon tileset.
  • Fixed players being unable to trade Inaros’ Blueprint.
  • Fixed Inaros’ Idle Animation Icons not displaying properly.
  • Fixed blast door closing audio FX not properly playing.
  • Fixed Inaros’ Scarab Swarm not taking on the proper energy color for audio FX.
  • Fixed a water splash visual FX not playing properly.
  • Fixed a lighting issue that would cause doorways to turn black.
  • Fixed the Garden Arch, Dokomo Bell, Jakari Bell, Katsuen Bell, and Nishan Bell not displaying properly in the Dojo.
  • Fixed a rare issue affecting Kavat movement.
  • Fixed an area in the Orokin Moon tileset where enemies could become stuck while moving.
  • Fixed some animation issues in Sargas Ruk’s firing FX.
  • Fixed Dojo Room messages showing an inappropriate texture in the background.
  • Fixed Loki’s Radial Disarm not functioning on Hyekka Masters.
  • Fixed chat autocomplete not properly recognizing emotes.
  • Fixed clouds appearing as squares in the Corpus Gas City tileset.
  • Fixed a progression stopped at the end of the Second Dream Quest.
  • Fixed some improper visual FX appearing on Grineer Derelict tilesets.
  • Fixed @playername autocomplete crashing when used in a private conversation.
  • Fixed tab cycling not working with the pause menu open.
  • Fixed Grineer Sabotage Missions missing panic buttons.
  • Fixed many common crashes.

No fix for the crash that happens when you kill a certain amount of kavats during the Sands of Inaros quest? Darn.

After verifying and optimizing my game files, the frames still slowed to a grinding halt or completely froze on the liset. 

I've been able to run the game at ultra for years no, this is no toaster.

What's going on?

AMD FX 8350 / R9 270x 4gb OC edition.

All drivers up to date via Crimson.

theres an issue with channeling, the whole warframe except for the helmet glows when channeling as compared to part of the warframe channeling

Still no fix for Embolist using Ignis reload animations. 18.5 didn't fix it.

BUG REPORT:

Grineer Mobile Defense

Defense Objective Timer not starting once node is activated making the mission uncompletable.

applicable to the 2 def objective that's close to each other surrounded by stairs.

(tested through the current invasion mission for Mutalist Alad V Coordinates)

What happened to Mesa and Nova's channelling effect? It now covers their whole bodies, it looks horrible, was this a fix or is it a bug?

Also Mirage + Synoid Simulor is bugged and the orbs are not stacking, after a few shots a vortex is formed but the other orbs don't stack up.

If you're having display issues, try resetting your video settings and toggling some around to see if it's one specific thing.

Anyways here's the dump after some testing.

Progress-Stopping Bugs
Derelict Vaults aren't giving out the reward properly. [Report 2] [Report 3]
Key-based defense missions have serious logic errors with leaving. [Report 2] [Report 3]
Old anti-leech systems that deny mission rewards are still triggering. [Report 2]
New anti-leech systems can be worked around by AFKers but hurt normal users who died.
Sabotage missions can be rendered uncompletable by AoEs (like syndicate procs). [Report 2] [Report 3] [Report 4] [Report 5]
Entities without a proper respawn point respawn in the start tile of the map, breaks void sabotage. [Report 2]

Other Bugs
Physics forces are too strong and misdirected.
Artemis Bow instantly reloads your primary weapon.
Damage-over-time status effects cause damage infinitely while paused.
Random colors only choose from one palette.
Hushed Invisibility doesn't work for some weapons.
The Phased Asa Syandana is misplaced on Ivara.
Despair holsters stick out of the frame model.
Kubrows phase through the floor while attempting to open some lockers.
Weapons can stop working under specific situations [Report 2]
Radiation damage causes the mobile defense objective to become hostile.
Bullet Attractor doesn't pull in thrown weapons.
Prompt-based finisher attacks hit shields first.
Enemy charge/combo damage values are backwards.
A Remote Observer timing out during the hacking minigame changes the camera style.
Missions can accidentally be force-accepted, the system will think everybody voted yes when they didn't.
Mutalist Moas retain the Equinox Maim visual effect from the cabinet attached.
Being revived (or exiting sharkwing) changes to your primary weapon regardless of what was selected before.
Infested ignore Decoy in multiple situations.
The UI does not scale properly for resolutions with an x component less than 1280.
Vignette effect too strong when HDR and adaptive exposure are on in outside tiles.
Loki's Switch Teleport often doesn't move the target.
Extractors are gathering unlisted materials.
Basic Gene Masking Kit in the market lies about how many unique colors you get.
Void Mobile Defense terminals have incorrect activation text (using the lockdown string).

Feedback / Changes
Knockdown spam is not fun.
Gear slots should be visibly numbered.
Maroo's Bazaar needs to be a lot clearer in function.
Sortie reward changes cause more problems than they solve.
High Dynamic Range & Adaptive Exposure Cause Inconsistencies
Learning Weapon Stances (Details & Example Images)
Weapon restrictions should automatically disable other weapons.

And last but not least, the automatic formatting on the forums is horrible.  It's actually gotten worse in the new forums since we can't preview posts and image links automatically embed and things like that.

I'm experencing huge lag and high CPU at 100% on my pc
I know I'm using a lowend pc, but I could easily run this prior update.

CPU: Intel Pentium G630
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 200 series

I know my CPU isn't the best but I never used to struggle.

i started building an odonata archwing and now everytime i go into my foundry, it restarts building the archwing. no progress is done to it.
