host migration not working

I did TD1 today with pub members. Host decided to leave at wave 20 (we didn't have any good frames). after wave 20, 3 of us hit the extract, and host stayed undecided at that moment. We thought he will press extract at last sec or might be afk for a moment. He didn;t extract, we did (as he told us to) and "mission failed" appeared on the screen. thats it! no host migration, nothing....just 20 min waste. I know its just td1 nothing much really of that. but we were there for argon crystals and I had nekros specially. all we got was 20k credits I think.
