Pinging dfr7psremd6k9.cloudfront.net answer from 205.251.219.29: byte= 32 time=17ms TTL=54 answer from 205.251.219.29: byte= 32 time=24ms TTL=54 answer from 205.251.219.29: byte= 32 time=18ms TTL=54 answer from 205.251.219.29: byte= 32 time=16ms TTL=54 I got so confused lol. However, deleting Cache.Windows -folder in the game root folder and starting the launcher as admin seemed to allow me to download 712mb (about 710 mb more than yesterday) but it still keeps me stuck in the checking for updates -loop after that. Zinn Posted January 23, 2013 Share Posted January 23, 2013 (edited) I seem to have found a temporary solution: Uninstall the game (well, I don't know if you HAVE to, I just did it to make sure) and make yourself American to the internet by using a VPN. Unblock-US worked for me and I am playing right now, but it's obviously not exactly a long-term solution given that it's not a free service for very long.
