When is the Ash rework coming?

I remember a while back the Devs mentioned Ash was going to be getting a rework. Is there any known release date for this rework. (I've searched the internet, but found nothing otherthan players saying how to rework him.)

Yes that was spoken about Months ago and My clan leader xLordKogax made a thread and even Tweeted [DE]Steve about the Ash Rework spoken about in NY Comic Con last year.
