There is already a completed dojo, trading station, treasury along with almost all of the research labs! In the tenno research labs we have already got a fully researched banshee and close to finished zephyr and volt, we also have itzal almost ready (archwing). We are looking for nice individuals that are willing to donate some, the donations do not have to be much just a little bit. Please reply if interested.
