some frames like khora take a long time, it took 5 years from initial draft to even days before release being changed before she was solidified in her look/setup

no she was a internal design by one of the DE staff Michael Skyers, on devstream 100 we got the indepth info and some prime times

I'm super late to this but it just seems like a Xcaliber Nyx hybrid kinda meh -_- honestly.

I'm just not feelin this and I think Daemonstar has better concepts for frames than this one.

Don't you think that Hennya is perfect for Duwiri? The quest with mirrors suggested for her is very reminiscent of Duwiri. So, DE, I'm waiting for Hennya, and I'm not the only one.

Well, she's not here for Duviri, but I will not stop hoping for her. Back then they didn't have the capabilities to make her as good as the concept idea, but they do now. It would be great if they swap things around a little, because tbh some of her abilities are outdated. I do not want to play "creator", I just really, really want her to be good, so I'll give all my best ideas below:
Starting with her 4, clones wouldn't be fun. Back then it was a new idea, but now with wukong and equinox, it's evident that it's not a very interesting idea, but rather a bit boring one. I'd imagine they should make the hair do something more, like unique finishing animations, making her stab and tear enemies apart with the "attack mode" or smth. Maybe straight up just have her hair as a (moddable) melee like Garuda? When not having equipped melee, she'd use her hair in combination with her claws to stab and lash out on enemies? Her 1 should definitely let her be mobile, and for survivability it could deflect all enemy projectiles (and/or melees?) or something like that (and not require holding pls DE let it be a toggle). Not necessarily her 1 tho, it could be part of her 2. When she possesses an ally, she could float above like a specter, deflecting projectiles with the hair, while giving some buffs, I dunno? Her red blade should also be something more, or not have it at all, because it'd be disappointing to have some amazing looking, but mediocre red blood-blade. But if they choose to not include it, they'd better go absolutely wild on the hair+claws idea. Her 4th ability is open for ideas. Maybe mirroring her red sword with 3 would be pretty cool? Also they should definitely make the effort to create different stances for dual wielding weapons, at least for some, like double Galatines for example. I mean, in case they choose to keep her 3 as mirroring weapons. Or it could be her blood-blade, I dunno.
It could be seriously great if they expand and go absolutely wild on the ideas. Also the theme of demon-ninja-ghost-swordsman frame from Japanese folklore is amazing and I would not use any other frame, lmao. Especially after Gara was a letdown as a samurai frame. And Nidus ("Typhus" in the concept forum) also did not turn out a samurai.

I think the community has been making better-looking warframes, themes, and concept designs lately than them and I love D.E as a company and will continue to support them, but lately these warframes have been Le'Meh. This warframe I saw on prime time should've made it to the design council
