Looking for LoR help.

I'm looking for a group that runs anytime after 9pm eastern time. I've never done the raids and am looking to make that step. I'm mr 12 but to be honest I think this is a crap stat since all it takes is time and no skill. I've done everything else in the game. I have all the right frames to perform the raids. I know it's not the same but I used to be a regular in hard raids on destiny and level 35 skolas. I play for my teammates meaning if it's kill or save. It's save unless we are in danger of failing an objective in which case your on your own as I expect the same. Ive read tutorials and watched videos but didn't want to deal with trying to join a random group being so new. So if there are any groups out there that want to help a new raider ps name is above. still missing about 12 frames 

all the above are primes

many suggestions for raid weapons would be helpful  

I'll do as I'm told until I get the mechanics and then I'll do what I'm supposed to do. Here's hoping
