Old Earth, recruiting

I'm recruiting for Old Earth. A very fresh clan devoted to cooperation in the name of getting the best possible loot and bettering the community as a whole. That being said, it is going to be a bit of a ride to achieve the greatness I'm hoping for - though it may take time, my hope is that we'll eventually be able to become one of the big collections of players in Warframe, with a big emphasis on mutual assistance between members. Every member will have a say in the workings and rules of the clan as a whole, on even the smallest problems and ideas, all the way to the grander scale of things. Activity isn't required unless you hope to end up as one of the big players (Bloodletter to Warmaster) either, so you don't need to stress about being around a lot or anything.

Since we're just starting off, if working up from the bottom is your thing, you'll fit right in. We work on potential - and there is a lot of potential.

There are just a few ground rules and things to know, though (to be added to or subtracted from as time goes on)

  1. Mutual respect between members is imperative. We're based around the idea of bettering the community and profiting - anyone with intent to spoil that has no place here.
  2. It is preferred, but not required, that you have access to a mic and/or can type at a moderate-fast rate, so we can communicate during missions.
  3. Don't go and start trouble with other clans - any alliances or the breaking of alliances does fall under the Warmaster and Lord Protector's jurisdiction.
  4. We're not necessarily a competitive clan, per say, but if you feel like going down that route feel free to say something. It can certainly be worked out.
  5. All members have a say in the workings of the clan, the rules, the long-term goals, everything. It may not be a 'democracy' per say, but the higher-ups are going to listen to everyone so that general happiness and productivity can be ensured.
  6. A Mastery Level of at least 3 is required. That being said, we'll happily help work you up to that so you can join! This is just to keep newbies from coming in and just disappearing because they decide they don't like the game or something.
