Most of the Tennos I've talked with over the past month have said they are not able to find a solid group of Tennos to play with. Well, Minamoto Genji is a Storm Clan and there is usually someone in the clan always on, not matter what time you play. There are players of all levels and you will find many Tennos who are willing to help. The main benefit of a Storm Clan is that it is perfect for staying connected to others.
