Allow us to rank up mods in the simulacrum

Whenever i'm trying different builds in the simulacrum I always have a not mandatory mod, stance or aura unranked.

It's very annoying leaving the simulacrum, the relay, rank up the mod and walk all the way back to the simulacrum just for a mod.

In my case this happens. All. The. Time.

Just move the simulacrum to the Liset! Actually, nevermind, I can already think of an unlistable amount of reasons that wouldn't work. 

But yeah, let us do this.
