What is required from one of you clans?

You must promote a friendly atmosphere in clan chat and have members who are willing to help other clan and alliance members.

Is inactivity tolerated?

No, it is not. To be more spesific we have a fifteen day kick policy, while member clans don't need that strict of a policy some sort of policy should be followed.
